The Process

At our shop, we take pride in restoring stainless steel trim with care and precision. Here’s how our process works, step by step:

1. Submit Contact Info
Start by filling out our contact form so we can get in touch and understand your project.

2. Send Photos
Email us clear, high-quality photos of your stainless steel trim. This helps us assess the condition and provide a rough estimate for the repair.

3. Receive a Rough Estimate
Once we review your photos, we’ll send you an initial quote based on the visible condition of your pieces.

4. Ship Your Parts
If you approve the estimate, ship your parts to us for a closer inspection. (Please note: shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.)

5. Final Inspection & Supplement (If Needed)
When we receive your parts, we’ll inspect them thoroughly. If we find additional work is needed, we may adjust the estimate and send a supplement for your approval.

6. Deposit & Restoration Begins
If the supplement is acceptable, we’ll begin the restoration process. A 50% deposit is required before work starts, with the remaining balance due upon completion and before return shipping.

7. Restoration Details
We specialize in light to mildly damaged trim to maintain a fast turnaround. Our process includes:

-Dent removal
-Sanding to a fine 3000-grit finish
-Buffing and polishing to a high mirror shine

8. Completion & Return
Most projects are completed and shipped back within 2 to 4 weeks.

Additional Information
Material Fee: A 15% materials charge is added to each job.
Charity Donation: A 1% donation is included in every order, matched by us, and sent to the Ronald McDonald House in Louisville, Kentucky.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
